Joseph Thomas Bartlett (1886-1915)


Joseph Thomas Bartlett, child of Mrs A Bartlett was born in 1886.  Married Rose Yirrell (formerly Bartlett) andLived at 2 West Butts Street, in Poole.   Fought in WW1 (dogtag# 14782) as a Private in the 1st Bn. Dorsetshire Regiment of the Army.  Died on Aug 20 1915 at the age of 29.  Buried at I.B.3. Dartmoor Cemetery Becourdel-Becourt in Somme.
