Wilfred Arthur Cox (1894-1917)


Wilfred Arthur Cox, child of 7th Child of Walter J Cox and Amelia Cox (Wilfred was born in Ju was born in 1894.  Lived at Carter's Avenue, Hamworthy, Dorset, in Hamworthy.   Fought in WW1 as a Private (attached to Somerset Light Infantry, 7th Bn (service no 265546) of the Army.).  Died on Aug 26 1917 at the age of 23 in Boulogne, France.  Buried at Boulogne Eastern Cemetery (Grave reference VIII.I.17) in Boulogne in France.
