Edgar Gerald Ricketts (1900-1917)

Edgar Gerald Ricketts, child of Edmund and Emily Ricketts was born in 1900.  Lived at 49 Kingston Road, in Longfleet, Poole.   Fought in WW1 (dogtag# 1245B) as a Signal Boy in the HMS Trawler Ruby of the Royal Naval Reserve.  Died on Oct 17 1917 at the age of 17 in Ushant.  A memorial for Edgar Gerald Ricketts can be found at Panel 30 Portsmouth Naval Memorial - Hampshire.
