Harry Darley (1897-1915)


Harry Darley, child of Ernest Edward and Mary Darley was born in 1897.  Lived at 20 Granville Road Parkstone, in Poole.   Fought in WW1 (dogtag# L/4934) as a Officer's Steward 3rd Class in the Royal Navy (attached to HMS Princess Irene).  Died on May 27 1915 at the age of 18.  A memorial for Harry Darley can be found at Portsmouth Naval Memorial.
