Walter G. Stephens (1892-1916)


Walter G. Stephens, child of Mr and Mrs Stephens was born in 1892.  Lived at 44 Green Road, in Poole.   Fought in WW1 (dogtag# 4044666) as a Private in the 12th York Rangers (attached to 3rd Canadian Contingent) of the Army.  Died on Aug 3 1916 at the age of 24 in France.  Buried at II. C.236 Bailleul Communal Cemtery Extension in France.
