Alfred Raymond Eckton (1922-1943)


Alfred Raymond Eckton, child of Alfred Walter Eckton and Edith Maud Eckton was born in 1922.  Lived at 15 Garland Road, in Poole.   Fought in WW2 (dogtag# 127283) as a Pilot Officer (Bomb Aimer) in the (R.C.A.F.) Sqdn. Royal Air Force.  Died on Jan 15 1943 at the age of 21.  Buried at Guidel Communal Cemetery - Row 2 Coll. grave 15-18. in Morbihan.
