Reginald John Riggs (1923-1942)


Reginald John Riggs, child of Frederick Charles and Mary Riggs was born in 1923.   Fought in WW2 (dogtag# LT/JX 280757) as a Seaman in the H.M. Trawler Kelt. Royal Naval Patrol Service.  Died on Dec 5 1942 at the age of 19.  Buried at Plot 4. Row B. Grave 3. Yaba Cemetery.
