Frederick John Rudge (1898-1917)


Frederick John Rudge, child of Bessie Rudge and the late William Alfred Rudge, sibling of William Alfred was born in 1898.  Lived at 3 Mount Street, in Poole.   Fought in WW1 (dogtag# 201879) as a Private in the 1st/4th Bn. Hampshire Regiment.  Died on Feb 24 1917 at the age of 19.  A memorial for Frederick John Rudge can be found at Panel 21 and 6. Basra Memorial in Iraq..
