Alfred Thomas Baker, child of William Edward Baker and Mary Baker was born in 1894. Lived at 13 Francis Road, Parkstone, in Poole. Fought in WW1 (dogtag# 5204) as a Corporal in the 1st Battalion of the Rifle Brigade. Died on Apr 26 1915 at the age of 21 in Belgium. Buried at Ypres (Menin Gate) Memorial, Panel 46 - 48 and 50. in Ieper, West -Vlannderen in Belgium.
