Alfred James Christian Biggs (1897-1918)


Alfred James Christian Biggs, child of Tom and Esther Biggs was born in 1897.  Lived at Maryland, Brownsea Island, in Poole.   Fought in WW1 (dogtag# 10834) as a Private in the 1st Bn. Dorsetshire Regiment.  Died on Mar 9 1918 at the age of 21.  Buried at Enclosure No. 4 XII.L.15. Bedford House Cemetery.
